By making a reservation or booking with DESTIN, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Table Reservations

  • Table reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled dining time.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee during peak hours or special events.

  • No-shows may be subject to future booking restrictions.

  • Reservation deposits, if applicable, may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the notice period.


2. Event & Private Dining Bookings

  • Event bookings may require an advance deposit to confirm the reservation.

  • Cancellation timelines and refund eligibility will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

  • Deposits may be:

    • Fully refundable if cancelled within the agreed notice period

    • Partially refundable for late cancellations

    • Non-refundable for last-minute cancellations or no-shows

All event-related refunds are subject to administrative and preparation costs.


3. Catering Services

  • Catering orders must be cancelled before food preparation begins to qualify for a refund.

  • Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Any customized menus or special ingredient purchases may be non-refundable.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider and banking institutions.

  • DESTIN is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services.


5. Changes & Modifications

DESTIN reserves the right to:

  • Modify reservation policies during peak seasons or special events

  • Adjust cancellation terms for promotional bookings

  • Update this policy without prior notice

Any changes will be communicated clearly where applicable.


6. Force Majeure

DESTIN shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, technical failures, or unforeseen emergencies.
